Senior Compliance Manager

This role has full responsibility for day-to -day management of the Company’s compliance program. This position works closely with the Company’s Board of Directors, Internal Audit,  and property compliance professionals to ensure regulatory obligations are met with an emphasis on AML/BSA/SAR reporting.  Previous experience should include a minimum of 10 years experience in compliance with at least 5 years in AML/BSA/SAR environment, expert level understanding of the regulatory requirements applicable to each state’s regulatory agencies and experience working with regulators, auditors, examiners and law enforcement. Labor Analyst

The primary focus of this position is analyzing labor at each Company property ensuring labor cost is controlled and productivity measurements are adequate. The ideal candidate will have worked  3-5 years in a related position, the ability to summarize complex information in order to provide various levels of management with the information necessary to make decisions. Senior Analyst- Accounting Governance and Control

The Senior Analyst – Accounting Governance and Control role is, among other things, responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring, in addition to assisting in management’s evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the company’s internal controls to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. SOX Internal Auditor

The SOX –Internal Auditor assists the Sr. Internal Auditor with maintaining the internal Control testing universe. This position is responsible for the assisting in the completion of the annual testing compliance plan for TRMG’s (and for all its properties’) Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements.  This annual testing plan will include the assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of TRMG and all its properties’ control environments across all functions of TRMG.  The SOX –Internal Auditor will prepare work papers to support audits completed and prepare reporting, as directed by the SOX-SR.
