The primary focus of this position is analyzing labor at each Company property ensuring labor cost is controlled and productivity measurements are adequate. The ideal candidate will have worked  3-5 years in a related position, the ability to summarize complex information in order to provide various levels of management with the information necessary to make decisions. Other responsibilities will include generating short and long term staffing modes and providing a recommendation based on analysis, comparing results to forecast and identify opportunities for improvement and working closely with all functional leaders to understand operational requirements and support the documentation of key planning assumptions. Fred & Steves Cook

We are currently seeking an experienced cook for Fred & Steves Steakhouse. Responsibilities will include set-up and break down of their station, as well as preparing food to company standards while adhering to mandated food safety regulations. A minimum of one to three years of previous culinary experience is required for this position. Previous grill experience is required.

The dealer is responsible for the proper operation of their designated table game, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests. Facilities Manager

The Facilities Manager is responsible for the monitoring of all activities within the Facilities Department.  This includes maintaining records, performing inspections, and providing input as needed.  Candidates must be familiar with HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic electrical knowledge. The candidate must be computer literate, with the ability to obtain working knowledge to understand and operate the building automation systems, database entry, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD and any other software as becomes necessary. Players Club Representatives

The Players Club Representative assists in executing all efforts of the Marketing department including Bus Tours, Direct Mail, Promotions and Events and assists guests to enroll in the Players Club program. We are primarily filling positions for late night and overnight shifts. Ideal candidates possess superior customer service skills, problem solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn various computer systems and programs. 1 to 3 years of previous customer service or call center experience is preferred.
