Rewards Club membership is free. Must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Valid photo ID is necessary for all transactions. Membership is non-transferable. Joint accounts are not available. Management reserves all rights to change, cancel or alter any promotion or club membership without prior notice. Rewards Club card usage by persons other than the actual card holder can result in loss of Rewards Club privileges. Other rules and regulations may apply. Usage of your Rewards Club card indicates your acceptance of the complete Rewards Club rules and regulations. Individual employees at Twin River are not allowed to participate in the Twin River Rewards Club program. NO EXCEPTIONS. The Twin River Rewards Club card is property of Twin River and is subject to cancellation or surrender upon request. Points will expire on accounts with no activity after 13 months. For gaming play to be eligible for the Twin River Rewards Club program, cards must be accepted in the video slot machines or presented at the time of a mutuel and/or parimutuel bets.
