We are seeking applicants for the following positions:


Dealer

The dealer is responsible for the proper operation of their designated table game, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a minimum of one year table game dealing experience, strong mathematical skills, superior guest service skills and the ability to successful complete dealer auditions in the game(s) for which they have received training.

On Call Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for the daily operations of the bar and promptly serving guests in a responsible manner. Ideal candidates will possess excellent guest service skills and be STOP, ServSafe or TIPS certified. The availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Part Time Table Games Supervisor

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of all table games as well as the training and supervision of all dealers. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year Table Games experience specifically in dealing, knowledge of all casino game rules and regulations, excellent guest service skills and prior supervisory experience.

Casino Compliance Manager

The Casino Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all Federal and State law, Rhode Island Lottery Regulations, as well as, compliance with internal policies and procedures. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of five years related experience as well as excellent leadership, time management, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Count Room Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Count Room Supervisor. This position is responsible for supervising and training the count room staff, participating in the count, and maintaining appropriate inventory levels while enforcing regulatory Policies and Procedures to ensure the integrity of the count operation. Ideal candidates will have previous supervisory experience with a minimum of one year in Casino Count Operations or a comparable environment.

System Administrator

The System Administrator is responsible for managing and administering all operating systems and their corresponding or associated software.  We are searching for someone with hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience, knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws, and strong interpersonal and oral communication skills.  The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, and have 5 years of experience in this field.  For more details, please follow the link below!

Applications Administrator

The Application Administrator will work with client end users on IT related projects in support of Casino operations using the iSeries platform and Bally's ACSC (Advanced Casino Systems Corporation) application software.  This individual is expected to facilitate project meetings to discuss end user requirements, project status, test planning, testing issues, training, and/or deployment needs.  In addition, this person will wrote functional specification documents, test plans, training plans, and deployment plans in support of development projects while actively supporting all system implementations, operations, and upgrades.  Please follow the link below for more information!

Banquet Bartenders

Our Banquet Bartenders are tasked with delivering world class service during a variety of events both large and small  Bartenders are responsible for preparing and garnishing beverages according to company standards while delivering exceptional customer service.  We are looking for true professionals who are passionate about hospitality and the consistent delivery of the ultimate guest experience.  A positive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work well in a team environment are essential for consideration for this position.  Moderate beverage knowledge is required for this position.  Please follow the link below for more information.

Banquet Servers

Our Banquet Servers are tasked with delivering world class service during a variety of events both large and small.  Servers must be able to multi-task and work successfully in a team environment.  Among other things, this position will be responsible for properly setting tables, serving food and beverages to company standards, maintaining your section, breakdown, and reorganization of the event area.  Previous food service experience is preferred, but we are always willing to train the right person with the right attitude!  Please follow the link below for more information. 

Busser

Wicked Good Bar and Grill is now seeking a part time Busser to join their operations team!  The busser is responsible for supporting the service team by assisting in the maintenance of guest tables and the overall dining room.  This is an entry level position which requires excellent guest service skills, the ability to work well on a team, and the ability to multitask in a high volume, fast paced environment. 

Count Manager

The Count Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing the daily Count and Drop Operations. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of three years Casino Count and Drop Management experience, the ability to lead, direct, counsel, coach and evaluate subordinates and a high degree of communication skills with all levels of the organization.

Drop Team Attendant

The Drop Team Attendant is responsible for completing the extracting and securing of funds from the slot machines in accordance with Rhode Island Lottery and Twin River Policies and Procedures. Ideal candidates must be team orientated and able to work in a fast paced environment. The ability to work nontraditional work hours is required. Prior cash handling experience is preferred.

Host - Wicked Good Bar and Grill

Wicked Good Bar and Grill is now seeking an on-call Host to join their operations team! The host is responsible for greeting guests as they walk in the door, bringing or sending them to an appropriate table or waiting area, and managing the flow of the restaurant from the front door.  The strongest candidates will have at least six months of high volume host or service experience in a fast paced restaurant.  For more information, please follow the link below.

Line Cooks

We are currently seeking experienced line cooks for on-call positions at Wicked Goode Bar and Grill, and Fred and Steve's Steakhouse.  The line cook is responsible for set-up and break down of their station, as well as preparing food to company standards while adhering to mandated food safety regulations.  A minimum of one to three years of previous culinary experience is required for both of these positions.  Broiler experience is preferred for the position with Fred and Steve's.  Please follow the link below for more information.

On Call Server

This position is responsible for providing exceptional guest service while maintaining the proper state and company standards. Ideal candidates will be ServSafe, STOP or TIPS certified, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and stand for extended periods of time.
