Lori, just wanted to drop you a line to say how wonderful our trip to Punta Cana was from Twin River. The resort and the people of the Dominican Republic were just wonderful and the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino was more than we could have asked for. Mariah and I had a wonderful time and say thank you to Twin River and to you Lori for all you do to take care of us. It was my first time out of the country and to a resort but I would gladly go again. We wish you and your family the best of the holiday season. Happy New Year!
Lynn G., December 2012

Dear Ms. Manchester,
I would like to thank you and the management of Twin River for the complimentary evening out that my husband and I enjoyed on October 20th. The meal at Fred & Steve’s Steakhouse was excellent as was the George Benson concert. Twin River is our casino of choice.
Sincerely, Phyllis P., October 2012

Good evening Danielle,
It was nice to meet you the other day. I am writing to say thank you for your hospitality. When I stopped in the office the other day, it was to inquire about seating for the George Benson concert. I was pleasantly surprised when you were kind enough to not only offer complementarily seats but also offer a the chance to meet Mr. Benson at a "meet and greet " session after the show.
When I talked to Steve Palazzi on Friday, he initially indicated that the meet and greet would take place before the event. Due to a previous commitment in Northern New England, earlier in the day, I did not think I would be back in town soon enough to be able to attend the session before the show. When we did get back home, around 7:15 pm, there was a message on my answering machine from Steve. He was kind enough to take the time to call and let us know that the session had been changed to after the show and there no need to rush so that even if we running late we still would be able to take advantage of the opportunity that you were kind enough to offer. Needless to say it allowed us to take our time to get ready while still knowing that we had plenty of time to get show and still attend the session, making an enjoyable evening all that much more enjoyable. Once again thank you to both of you for your hospitality.
Regards, Pete W., October 2012

Dear Twin River; Thank you very much for the tickets. George Benson was fantastic!! The staff at Twin River is extremely courteous and professional. I asked a young lady named Sherri, (she has very long hair) for directions to the Players Club. She personally escorted me. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
Sincerely; Bob T., October 2012

Dear Mr. Sculos,
While visiting Twin River Casino on Sunday, August 5, 2012, I had an issue with what I thought was a lost ticket. Upon reporting it, Ms. Joyce Nadrowski promptly came over to help me. I explained what I thought happened and she immediately started assisting me by asking the right questions and carefully listening. She called upon her supervisor, Mr. Chris Durst, who else came over quickly to see how he could help. They both worked very quickly and efficiently to try to resolve the situation. They were very understanding and patient and did a great job of explaining everything to me. Once it was determined that the mistake was in fact my own, and not a lost ticket as I thought, they reassured me that they would still continue to see if they could find a suitable resolution. Ultimately, they were able to retrieve part of the money I thought was lost! They truly went above and beyond, especially since the mistake was of my own doing. As a VP of Human Resources, I know firsthand how important it is for employees to treat their customers as the number one priority. Your two employees certainly did so with me and I wanted you to know how helpful, professional and compassionate they both were. Even later in the day, Joyce cheerfully stopped by to say hello and make sure everything was going well. I am looking forward to my next visit to Twin River, especially knowing that you employ a staff that looks out for the best interest of the guests.
Please add on my sincere thanks and gratitude to both Joyce and Chris.
Sincerely,
Diane R., August 2012

Dear Meg (McGuinness),
I wanted to send you a note to say thank you very much for the free tickets to see Chaka Kahn last weekend that I won on Facebook! My husband and I really enjoyed the show, she’s still got it!! We very much appreciated having the opportunity to attend for free, as we have two kids in college so we rarely get to go out and do things like this, thanks for making it possible!!
All the best,
Terri M., March 2012

Good Morning Talia (Iannetta):
I want to thank you for allowing me to partake of the fabulous Chaka Khan concert! I was so impressed with Chaka and her success through her sobriety. At 61 years old, she looked better than she ever did. In addition, I was so impressed by your customer service and conflict/resolution skills. You handled my situation like a true professional as if you were a friend of mine who truly was concerned about my happiness and satisfaction. I have been telling everyone about your compassion and professionalism. You made me feel so comfortable. I respect a person in your position who remembers how important customer service is. The way you presented yourself was so pleasant and compelling to me.
Regards,
Renée H., March 2012

Just want to compliment the fabulous service I received today from Ellen DiLeonardo. She was sweet, pleasant, helpful and professional. She was able to assist me and was a pleasure to deal with. Ellen is an extremely valuable employee of Twin River!!!!
Sincerely,
Holly L., March 2012

I won a 46 inch TV a few Sundays ago and wanted to thank Twin River. My mother lives with me and will be 98 on February 28th. She has macular degeneration and this TV was perfect, perfect and perfect. Thank you again for the opportunity to win. She had a great time that Sunday, especially me pushing her in her wheelchair to make it to the counter on time to claim the prize.
Great time…
Linda L., February 2012

Dear folks at Twin River Casino,
Thank you for calling my husband’s name as the winner of the 46” TV last Sunday! What a nice surprise THAT was! He hooked it up on Monday and it is just great. We both love coming down from Mass. to play at your casino.
Sincerely,
Pat & Sandy S., February 2012

Had an awesome time there with my mom on Wednesday. People were friendly, love the shop…everything $10...never saw that in any casino before. Ate at Wicked Good and the hostess and server were really nice and the food was awesome and a great price! Also ate at Johnny Rockets and the woman who served us was friendly and the food was great. I won a $150 overall and that doesn’t even happen to me in Vegas. I love this place and will definitely be back. Only downfall was no alcohol free but the Haggen Daz shop had awesome shakes and is right on the gaming floor so it was all good. Oh and the Dunkin Donuts shop on the second floor was a breath of fresh air because they got my order right and were friendly unlike the ones here in Massachusetts and I have 10 of them in walking distance.
Ruth B, January 2012

Good Morning:
I am writing to send a compliment about one of your employees. I visit Twin River approximately once a month. One person I always seem to run into is Evelyn. She works on the upper level. I usually see her in the restroom (we all have to use them!). Evelyn is always courteous, personable, and hard working. She really seems to enjoy working at Twin River and meeting the people who visit here. She is a wonderful representative for your organization.
Sincerely,
Katherine W., January 2012

Dear Jim (Narcisi):
I have been a customer at Twin River for many years now. I am relocating to Raleigh, NC. I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how pleased I have always been with the courteous service and experience I have appreciated when I am there enjoying the company of family and friends. Your professional staff has provided me with fine service, a wide range of sports activities, and other amenities. I recently hosted a dinner at Fred & Steve’s for my nephew who is relocating to Texas. We had the pleasure of the back private room and my entire family thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from the VIP greeting at the door to the awesome service and great food and to making sure all of our needs were met for a truly memorable occasion. I am confident that you will take the time to recognize their contributions to your team. As the front line, their efforts help with your (and your organizations) success.
Here are a list of the personal I would like to thank:
Travis A., Jeff D., Artie F., Maria L., Phil N., Carolynn Q., Lisa R.
Thank you again to the entire staff and I am already looking forward to my visits home.
Sincerely,
Coleen C., December 2011

I was at Twin River about two weeks ago with my elderly grandmother, who had a very hard time walking. One of your employees noticed the difficult time I was having helping my grandmother. She approached us (her name was Italia Porreca & she works for Players Club) and asked if she could help, I answered yes that we would need a wheel chair but they were on the other side of the casino & I could not leave my grandmother alone. Your employee offered to get the wheel chair and bring back to us. She brought the wheel chair to us and she also had to take some information from us to bring back to the office where she got the wheel chair. Also, she explained where we would have to return the wheelchair. Why I'm writing this is not only for her kindness but I came to find out she was on her lunch break. I felt you needed to know what a kind & respectful employee you have. It was our pleasure to meet her and we would like to thank her for being so kind.
Thank you for your time.
Carl M., November 2011

Hello Ellen,
I apologize for not getting to meet you this time around, due to my work schedule I was cutting time very close. However, I wanted to say THANK YOU again! The referred accommodations were wonderful. My sister and I stayed at the Hampton Inn on Douglas Pike Drive. Oh my goodness, this was my first time coming to Twin River, but everyone was so nice. From the people at the door, to the people who served in the club. I had a great time. THE SHOW WAS FANTASTIC! Smokey Robinson was GREAT!
I truly enjoyed myself. I won't go on and on…but thank you. I do however look forward to meeting you next time around!
Take care of yourself and my best wishes!
Ronnie Fortune, November 2011

Mr. Sculos:
I would like to compliment your Senior Executive Host, Mr. Robert Gilson. As you are aware, I communicated some frustration to him on 11/14/11. He contacted me and addressed those concerns fairly, timely, and professionally.
Sincerely,
R. Haley, November 2011

I just want to say thank you to the staff, security, and EMTs that were there when my wife, Stephanie became ill. Your courtesy and professionalism are second to none. She is feeling much better and is looking forward to her next trip there. So am I. Again, thank you.
- Bobby M., November 2011

Dear Craig:
I have been a customer at Twin River for many years now. I am relocating to Raleigh, NC and I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how pleased I have always been with the courteous service and experience I have appreciated when I am there enjoying the company of family and friends.
Your professional staff has provided me with fine service and a wide range of amenities. Steve Palazzi has been a valuable asset to helping me enjoy and share with others all that Twin River has to offer for a time out on the town. He has make it possible so that many friends that I bring in from out of town now come as guests and spend their weekends exclusively at Twin River. I have recently met Drew Dupuis who has also been very courteous in assisting me with my entertainment needs. I would also like to that all the wait staff in the VIP room and especially the bartenders, Lisa Hunt and John Anthony.
I’m confident that you will take the time to recognize their contributions to your team. As the front line, their efforts help with yours and your organizations success.
Thank you again to the entire staff and I am already looking forward to my visits home.
Sincerely,
C. Curley, November 2011

Just wanted to tell you that this is our second time here and we typically frequent Foxwoods a lot. But we now have decided that Twin River is a much more enjoyable atmosphere and intend to frequent here much more often!
- Paul B, September 2011

My husband Mike and I are frequent visitors to Twin River and we would like to let you know how wonderful your 4 waitresses – Danya, Michelle, Marissa & Heidi are! They are such a pleasure to see when we come down! Service is always with a smile and kindness. Each one of them are an asset to your establishment. Thank you!
- Linda D., September 2011

Thank you for an Amazing Rehearsal Dinner at Fred & Steve's Steakhouse last night! The staff was awesome and the food was amazing...30 happy folks!

My husband and I just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Fred and Steve's.. Not only was the food AWESOME.. but the waitstaff was AWESOME as well.. thank you to Errol, Derrick and Henry for the wonderful service..they made great menu choices for us and guided us well. Thank you all...
- Pamela R., August 2011

Hello Mike (Barlow),
My wife and I stopped at Twin River on Tuesday evening, July 19th. We played a few slots, and then grabbed sandwiches and brews at Wicked Good. I must say, two of your employees are absolutely the “best”. First of all is Kevin, the young guy who served us the beers . His personality is what you need more of in your Food Service where customer interaction really counts. His friendliness, mega-smile, and overall personality is truly an asset to Twin River. This kid hopefully will go places. Second is the “Irish fella”. We didn’t get his name, but have spoke with him many times when he worked at FADO. He is definitely a “top-of-the line” professional when it comes to customer relations. He talks to everyone, has a great attitude, and is extremely helpful to all the other employees. Both of these individuals in my opinion, need some recognition for a job WELL DONE.
Sincerely,
Ken T., July 2011

I want to thank everyone at Twin River for being so nice and making my night very special. Meeting Pat Benatar and Neil Giraldo has been a dream since I was a child and my dream came true because of my friends and Twin River. Dinner was also wonderful at the steak house. Once again, thank you for an unforgettable night. I had a great time.
See you soon,
Lisa V., July 2011

Dear Mr. Gilson:
My name is Joan. I've been coming to Twin River since you first opened. I brought seniors on buses and came by myself with friends. I go to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Once a year, I go to Atlantic City. I have hosts at all of these places. I am handicapped and working with Danielle. I have never seen anybody - out of all these places - go out of her way for me and the people I bring like Danielle does. She is just a very helpful and loving person. You should be very proud of her because I’m sure you get many e-mails with complainants. I can honestly say that the other hosts at other places always get bothered by me. They seem not to care that we pay their bills. Thank you for your attention and give her my thanks. Let her know her dedication is well appreciated. The seniors love the attention and they get plenty from her. I know I’m Danielle’s biggest pain but want her to know my gratitude. So again, thank you.
Sincerely,
Joan G., July 2011

Hello,
My husband and I visited Twin River Casino for the very first time today. We definitely plan on returning and really enjoyed ourselves. We signed up for the Rewards Program. Although the smoking area is bigger (we are non-smokers) and has a bigger variety of slot machines (especially Sirens) - we appreciate the non-smoking 2nd floor. The bathrooms are spotless and food court was great. Your staff are both courteous and helpful. Depending on subsequent visits and the Rewards Program payoff, we just may frequent your establishment more often than Foxwoods which has always been our first choice.
Thank you.
Doreen C., July 2011

ATTN: Food and Beverage Department
To Whom It May Concern:
On the evening of June 23, my wife and I had occasion to dine at Fred & Steve's Steakhouse. In fact, this was our first opportunity to visit the restaurant and we happened to mention that to the maitre d, Artie Fletcher. He responded by saying, "Well, we will just have to make it special". Special he did. We were given a large booth in the main room and he even suggested, if we wanted, that my wife and I cozy up to each other since we had the privacy of the entire booth. We did; and, we thoroughly enjoyed the closeness as we dined on our entrée of prime rib. During the course of the evening, Artie offered to take our photo which he did and presented it to us in a folder for safekeeping. Our dining experience at Fred and Steve's is now one of our special memories made possible in large part by Mr. Fletcher.
Please convey our appreciation to him as we believe he deserves praise for his exceptional customer service; and, for his having made our visit extra special.
Thank you.
Kevin & Millie M., July 2011

I have been to Wicked Good multiple times and have never had a bad meal. The prices are good and you get a wicked good portion with plenty for the good old "doggy bag". The service is top notch without all the sophistication and you will never be steered wrong, no matter what you decide to order from the Wicked Good menu selection. They are the awesomeness of the Twin!!!
- Michelle M., June 2011

Dear Kim (Rego),
It was a pleasure meeting with you again yesterday. I enjoyed learning of the continuing growth and development of Twin River Casino from a human resource management perspective.
Speaking of which, I would like to comment on the warm hospitality extended to me by the team at Wicked Good. Arriving a little early for our noontime lunch meeting, I was greeted by Mick in the bar area, who extended himself to say hello and by offering menu suggestions, especially the Yankee Pot Roast sandwich. Next Tammy at the Hostess desk approached me with a big smile and offered to seat me or just show me around the restaurant. And of course, we then enjoyed the able attention of Ashley, who also recommended the Yankee Pot Roast, which I thought was a wonderful choice.
It was clear to me during the visit that all staff members are very tuned in to the “guest experience” and I found their level of warmth extraordinary compared to most other hospitality and entertainment venues that I visit, including Las Vegas. I had not visited Twin River in quite some time, found the place much improved and classy, and plan to go back soon with family and friends. Please extend my kudos to the team for making me feel very welcome!
Best wishes,
Paul, June 2011

I would like to thank you and your staff for resolving a difficult situation yesterday when I was at Twin River. I was playing Buffalo and got up to leave around 3:15 for the trip back to New Hampshire. I pushed the cash out button and walked away without removing my cash out voucher for $116.16. Less than 10 seconds later I realized this and rushed back to the machine to find it had been removed by someone else. I told security what had happened. Immediately several people responded, tracked down the woman who took it and in a short while were able to return this money to me. I know that this was my fault and in all honesty, I did not think that I would see this money again. Believe me, I will never do this again - lesson learned! I would like to thank in particular a lovely slot attendant named Dee Dee and 2 security men who dealt with this - one named Joe and the other name I didn't get. They were courteous and so very professional. Big hugs to them for me. I am not able to get to Twin River as much as I'd like, as I care for an elderly mother and getting away is difficult at best at times. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere, food, and cleanliness - bathrooms included at Twin River.
Again, thank you so very much.
Sincerely,
Michelle S., June 2011

Hi Lorie (McIntyre),
I'm sorry that I missed you yesterday. The time flew while I was gambling and before I knew it, it was 6:30 p.m.
I want to thank you for the comp to Fred & Steve's! We had a delicious meal and before we were seated, I asked the host if a birthday cake (dessert) could be brought to my dad for his birthday. The waiter and a waitress brought it after dinner with a candle and we all sang Happy Birthday. My dad was so surprised and the dessert was absolutely delicious. Our waiter's name was "Errol" and he was fantastic!!! He made the evening.
We didn't win but we won BIG TIME with our dinner.
Again, thank you and I will see you the next time I am there!
- Sharon, June 2011

Hi Jason (Gittle),
You have NO idea what an impact tonight had on the two of us - the roots of our relationship are wrapped around Loverboy - Loren played many of those as covers in his band back in 1982, when I met him. Every song they played tonight sent me back to those memorable days. I have not felt that much care-free, jubilation in decades - we had a BALL!!! Not only a walk down memory lane, but an energizing blast into "our" past. You made two 50-somethings young again for a few brief hours, and we cannot thank you enough!!! Such a surprise and one of those moments in life one never forgets!
Thank you for these smiles upon our face and rekindling of wonderful memories!
Laurie & Loren, June 2011

Hi Craig & Kim,
We had a perfect 10 day yesterday at Twin River! The crowds, the food, the immense donation and yes the weather too!
I count our blessings for the many years of commitment and support that you and your employees so unselfishly bestow upon us. Thank you for the awesome sum of $53,500 that you presented to us yesterday. You always make our day…
With appreciation and admiration for your hard work,
Barbara & Kathy, June 2011
(The Tomorrow Fund)

At Fred & Steve's Steakhouse on June 5th, Travis greeted us immediately with a grand smile and, "Hi, folks! Welcome to Fred & Steve's. Have you been here before?" Even without reservations, he escorted us immediately to the back of the dining area and seated us where we could see the live entertainment. Once we got settled, he presented us with our menus and the wine list, then began to explain the new summer menu as well as their three for $33 menu. He told us some of the items on the Summer Festival Extravaganza menu featuring some of Rhode Island's favorite dishes. Travis made sure to tell us that we had two servers, David and Genevieve. He then said, "Have a fabulous dinner," and departed in the direction of the front of the house again. During dinner, we observed him seating other tables in the same cheerful, sincere, professional manner. As we departed, he quickly made his way back to the front to say, "Have a fun evening, folks!"
We would definitely return based on the food and service. I've waited tables on the side for thirty-five years, and this was the best service I've ever had. I would certainly visit again because of the superb service. Likewise, the hospitality was impeccable. The employees were sincere and kind. Everyone had smiles on their faces.

Dear Mr. Sculos,
Please allow me to express my sincere gratitude to several of your employees who made my parents and my first visit to Twin River Casino a pleasant experience. Upon arrival on 5/29/11, we were viewing the map in the lobby near the valet entrance, when a gentleman asked if he could assist us. This man was wearing a white coat, and it was evident he worked in a kitchen. His name was Scott Kaiser. It would not be until later this day, that we would learn he was in fact the executive chef of Fred & Steve’s Steakhouse. Mr. Kaiser not only offered us information about the different levels and areas of the casino, but he also led the way to the nearest food court for my elderly parents to have a small snack. His kindness and personable nature is a rare gift in today’s business world and your company is most fortunate to have a representative such as Mr. Kaiser.
Later, that afternoon we arrived at Fred & Steve’s Steakhouse for our planned 3pm reservation and celebration of my father’s 80th birthday. We again saw Scott Kaiser, and it was then that we learned his position. He was humble, and as a chef he provided us with an amazing meal that we still talk about. Likewise, your staff at Fred & Steve’s went out of their way to offer us a magnificent dining experience and made my father’s birthday celebration memorable. I would like to recognize Travis Auty, and our servers David Schiavone and David Costa as well. My family has been fortunate to travel around the world, and my father has had VIP status at another casino. This day, we were just first time visitors to Twin River and Fred & Steve’s Steakhouse. However, through the kindness and professionalism of your staff, we enjoyed an afternoon at your casino and an outstanding dining experience that will remain in my heart and that of my parents for a long time. Congratulations to the outstanding efforts of Scott, Travis, David, David and all of your staff at Twin River Casino for a job well done.
With great appreciation,
Linda M., June 2011

Hello!
Last night at dinner time my wife asked me what I wanted to do for my birthday. I said just a quiet evening and watching the games - maybe we can go to Twin River and watch it there, have a bite to eat and have fun. So we did. We arrived at TR and went to the Wicked Good and we were welcomed by a very nice gentleman, Jeremiah (we found out he was helping Tony who was great too). They were setting up the Trivia game and we were asked to join as a team, so we did and my wife Pamela signed us up as Flying Dutchmen. We really enjoyed the trivia and the food was just the best! Great view on both games (Sox and Bruins) so what else could you want! The trivia game was over and we knew we did do not very well but, oh well it was for the fun, but than our "team" name was called and we found out that we even won something, the Chef said your "tab" is on us - wow what an evening! We had fun, great food (oh that dessert is just fantastic) and nice to watch both games at the same time.
Our compliments to all your hard working personnel and their friendliness, they are a fine example of your operation!
Thanks again,
Will & Pamela A., June 2011

Dear Slot Director,
Yesterday I was at Twin River and I thought I had lost a cashout voucher. I want to commend four of your employees for the way they took care of me. I feel bad that the only name I know is Dennis, the Slot Manager. The other three men were a cashier at the window who I first spoke to. He got someone there right away to help me. The second man got a tech person and then Dennis was called. The situation was handled so well that no one make me feel stupid or that I was putting them out. The best think was that I did get my money back. I’m sure Dennis will remember this and be able to tell you who the other three men were. I did thank them all profusely, but I want their good customer service to be known to you. Thank you for a good gaming experience, which could have turned out very badly!
Sincerely,
Anne R., May 2011

My wife and I are reasonably new to Twin River, and on Sunday 5/29, we came to your casino. We would like this email to be seen by Joe F., the Manager in Wicked Good Bar & Grill. We would like to thank him for his help in showing us a great menu. We had the Fielder’s Choice and the Philly Cheese Steak, both were superb. Joe, you have made two new customers for as long as we come to Twin River. We would also like to praise the service from our waitress, Donna, who was excellent in every way.
Yours Truly,
Matty & Mela, May 2011

I just wanted to let you know about my experience at Twin River Sunday. The manager Liz at the Player Club booth gave me the best experience in customer service ever. She took a really bad situation and turn it around. I work in the customer service industry and just wanted to make sure you were aware of what a great employee you have. Because of her, we will continue to come to Twin River. Thank You.
Nancy M., May 2011

Hi! I just wanted to bring to your attention your wonderful colleague Lou, a slot technician in the non-smoking floor casino. I lost a gold pendant Saturday night and I had an idea where it may have dropped. I went back on Sunday and Lou and another colleague took the time to try to find this for me. Lou had a flashlight and he found the pendant for me, which is amazing because I had lost it the night before! Lou and his colleague took the time to help me and if he did not shine the flashlight I would never have recovered the pendant. I wanted to show my gratification but Lou refused any reward. You have an amazing staff and I just wanted to give a big shout-out to two of your members on your team.
Kind regards,
Gail M., May 2011

Mark (Lighthouse Bar Manager):
I wanted to thank you for your help last Saturday night at the Lighthouse Bar. The age range in our group of 14 spanned more than 40 years -- and everyone had a great time gaming, dining (at several of the restaurants), and having drinks at the Lighthouse Bar - listening to Fleetwood Maxx. You gained some repeat customers for Twin River!
Have a good day,
Andrea D., May 2011

To Whom It May Concern,
I just had a few comments regarding a certain member of your staff and facility. Upon arrival to Twin River Casino, I had a bad day at my job, my car needed major repair, and I was hungry - not happy. I was approaching an attendant in a grey vest, and she said “Welcome to Twin River, how are you today?” Diane changed my day and night. Her warm smile and reception washed away my troubles. She asked if I was a Rewards Club Member and explained the benefits of having one. She showed me how to get one and escorted me to a fun slot tournament. After that, I saw her again and she recommended Wicked Good. I ate great appetizers and went on the floor to play. Again making her rounds, she asked how my meal went and if I saw a lot of the new slots up here. I played for an hour and walked out with four-hundred dollars and change…enough to fix my car and get to work. It wasn’t about the money. It’s more the value of your staff member, Diana. She doesn’t know I am writing but if there is a medal of excellence or some kind of award, she truly deserves it.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
- Theodore G., May 2011

Fred & Steve's is one of the best Steakhouses that I have ever eaten at. The service and quality of our meal was impeccable. Our waiter, Errol, was first class all the way and was right there when we needed something. I had the Cowboy Steak and the Bone-in Ribeye that was cooked to perfection, tender and packed with flavor. Try it and you'll love it too!
- William D, April 2011

We came to your casino for the first time on April 9th. I have to tell you I was very impressed! The employees we spoke to were very helpful and the two ladies at the Player's Club desk upstairs were ever so polite and friendly. The young lady who brought us our beverages was very polite and outgoing. Both my boyfriend and I recently quit smoking and I can tell you being in an environment such as a casino can be very trying. However, your upstairs non-smoking facility was great! It is so clean and fresh unlike some that are only distanced from the smoking areas. I can't say enough good things about Twin River and I hope to be back soon! Thank you for a wonderful time.
Sincerely,
Diane B. , April 2011

To Whom It May Concern,
I would like to applaud your Management team, Customer Service Reps, Promotion Dept. and employees (and all the others I failed to mention) for the wonderful new gaming experience you have provided. I have been a customer, trying out Twin River’s gaming, since almost its inception, and I have to say that the slot machines, the variety and the number of machines have improved 100% (not to mention the payouts too!) The new promotions and Bonus Slot Play is a great addition (much better bonus amounts than Foxwoods). I have been a devoted customer to Foxwoods (even though the drive is considerable (2 hrs.) from where I live in MA), however, I have been enjoying Twin River so much more lately (especially considering it is only 45 min from Boston!). This email is just a big "THANK YOU" for giving me a great gaming experience and an alternative to Foxwoods. Hopefully in the future Twin River can become a resort destination, especially since there is so much to see and do in RI.
Sincerely,
A loyal customer,
Marjorie K., April 2011

I have recently been to Twin River and had very much enjoyed my experience and cannot wait to return. The waitresses are wonderful whenever I needed a beverage they were always to be found with a smile on and extremely friendly. To be honest, Twin River is such a wonderful place - so worth going to. Another great part is the Lighthouse Bar has no cover charge and two drink minimum which is located in the middle of Twin River has live bands that can be heard from most areas but the Lighthouse has tables on the outside surrounding it were you can sit for no charge. The restaurant selection in Twin River is excellent they have restaurants such as Fred & Steve's Steakhouse, Wicked Good Bar & Grill, the food court offers Dunkin Donuts, Nathan's, New York Pretzel, KFC, Taco Bell, Colonel's Buffet, Subway exc. I hope that you enjoy your experience at Twin River as much as I did!

Tonight was my families first night visiting Twin River we were very impressed they know how to treat their guest. From free non-alcoholic beverages all night to great bands playing while you gamble and a free coupon book with tons of savings!

Thanks Again, Travis for the meal tonight, you should be proud of the great staff that you have working for you at Fred & Steve’s Steakhouse. From the moment we walked in the door, we were treated like royalty. My wife loved the Lobster Mac and Cheese, and the Peppercorn Crusted Porterhouse was the best. Thanks to Pam and Rachel, you guys did a Great Job. See you all soon. And if you haven't tried Fred and Steve's make sure to go there soon, you won't be disappointed!

My husband and I have been to Wicked Good Bar several times, each time we try something different and haven't been disappointed once. We have brought several friends there with us and they haven't been disappointed either. I love their interaction with the customers; we've had great service and very personable food servers. I am especially impressed with the pride and dignity with which they treat our veterans. I have seen Joe interact with them and he treats each one like they are his father or brother. That is very rarely seen in this day. More places could take a lesson from the staff at Wicked Good on how to treat and respect our veterans. I love the Fenway Park wall (not crazy about the Yankees wall!) and it’s always a fun, fun place to eat. My final comment is that they couldn't have picked a better name for the place....cuz it's WICKED GOOD AT WICKED GOOD BAR & GRILL!

Visited for the 1st time last night, 09-27-2010, and went to the Wicked Good Sports Bar for Monday Night Football; comfortable oversized chairs, good food and drink, and a raffle! Played a $20 on the video poker slots on the way out the door, and left with more than I came in with earlier that night!

My husband and I had the opportunity to dine at Fred and Steve's Steakhouse. We had a wonderful time sampling all of the delicious options available on the 3 courses for $30 menu. The quality of the food was superb and the portions were abundant. The highlights of our meal were the stuffed shrimp, the cheddar mashed potatoes and the sweet creamed corn. The service was absolutely perfect. The servers anticipated our needs and were extremely attentive. We could not have asked for a better dining experience.
