Retail Store Associate

The retail associate is responsible for providing superior customer service to our guest shopping at Treasures, the Twin River Gift Shop. This position requires associates to handle basic cashiering functions, product knowledge for our guests, and cleaning and stocking the sales-floor. We are looking for friendly, competent people with strong guest service and organizational skills. Surveillance Systems Lead Technician

The Surveillance Systems Lead Technician will work with the Surveillance Systems Administrator to install, maintain, and repair Cameras, Access Control, and related hardware used for Surveillance and Security operations.   Responsibilities include supervising and conducting a preventative maintenance program, and performing small to medium scale project installations. The Lead Technician will assist in coordinating large scale Surveillance projects with the Surveillance Systems Administrator; along with making recommendations for system improvements, and assisting in maintaining the integrity of the casino’s Surveillance and Security systems. The Lead Technician will coordinate and supervise Surveillance Systems Technicians; ensuring the integrity of the casino’s Surveillance and Security Systems along with maintaining of the Surveillance Systems Preventative Maintenance Program.

Facilities Shift Manager – 2nd Shift

The Facilities Shift Manager is responsible for the monitoring of all activities within the Facilities Department.  This includes maintaining records, performing inspections, and providing input as needed.  Candidates must be familiar with HVAC systems, plumbing, and basic electrical knowledge. The candidate must be computer literate, with the ability to obtain working knowledge to understand and operate the building automation systems, database entry, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, AutoCAD and any other software as becomes necessary. Dealer

The dealer is responsible for the proper operation of their designated table game, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a minimum of one year table game dealing experience, strong mathematical skills, superior guest service skills and the ability to successful complete dealer auditions in the game(s) for which they have received training.

Applications Administrator

The Application Administrator will work with client end users on IT related projects in support of Casino operations using the iSeries platform and Bally’s ACSC (Advanced Casino Systems Corporation) application software. This individual is expected to facilitate project meetings to discuss end user requirements, project status, test planning, testing issues, training, and/or deployment needs. Line Cooks

We are currently seeking experienced line cooks for on-call positions at Wicked Goode Bar and Grill, and Fred and Steve’s Steakhouse. The line cook is responsible for set-up and break down of their station, as well as preparing food to company standards while adhering to mandated food safety regulations. A minimum of one to three years of previous culinary experience is required for both of these positions. Broiler experience is preferred for the position with Fred and Steve’s.
