We are seeking applicants for the following positions:

Sous Chef

The Sous Chef is responsible for hiring, training and overseeing all kitchen and line staff including scheduling and payroll for such staff. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of five years in the culinary field, knowledge of all kitchen equipment and strong knife and line skills. Fluency in Spanish preferred.

Surveillance Officer

This position is responsible for monitoring activities in and around the facility using video cameras, monitors, digital recorders, access control systems, computer dispatch, video printers, switches and other equipment used in surveillance. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role. Previous law enforcement experience preferred.

Revenue Auditor

The Revenue Auditor is responsible for entering daily information into revenue audit report forms, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts on a regular basis, assist with monitoring all financial activities on the property to ensure compliance with laws, rules and regulations as well as other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED with some college courses in accounting, superior spreadsheet skills and proficiency in Excel. Previous gaming audit experience highly preferred.

Cigar Server

The Cigar Server is responsible for providing world class guest service in a prompt and responsible manner. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional guest service skills, vast knowledge of cigars, food & beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic including wine, champagne, cordials, single malt scotches, & aperitifs. A minimum of two years of Food and Beverage serving experience in an upscale environment preferred.

On Call Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for the daily operations of the bar and promptly serving guests in a responsible manner. Ideal candidates will possess excellent guest service skills and be STOP, ServSafe or TIPS certified. The availability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.

Floor Manager

The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing operations of all casino table games. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational, planning and supervisory skills, have knowledge of all casino games rules and regulations and possess strong computer skills. A minimum of two years of Casino management experience preferred.

Host, Table Games

The Host is responsible for maintaining rapport with existing quality players while developing and enhancing relations with new guests by providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional ability to problem solve and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A minimum of two years Marketing, Sales, Customer Service or Telemarketing experience required. Previous experience as a Casino Host preferred.

Dealer

The dealer is responsible for the proper operation of their designated table game, exchanging chips for cash, calculating payoffs for wagers and providing exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional demeanor with guests. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate a minimum of one year table game dealing experience, strong mathematical skills, superior guest service skills and the ability to successful complete dealer auditions in the game(s) for which they have received training.

Part Time Table Games Supervisor

The Table Games Supervisor is responsible for directly supervising the operation and conduct of all table games as well as the training and supervision of all dealers. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years Table Games experience specifically in dealing, knowledge of all casino game rules and regulations, excellent guest service skills and prior supervisory experience.

Cook

The cook is responsible for preparing an assortment of food products using a variety of techniques and equipment according to the Chef’s assignments. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of one year of kitchen preparation experience and the ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment. Pastry experience preferred.

Director of Financial Reporting

The Director of Financial Reporting is responsible for overseeing all cash management and treasury functions including preparing monthly financial statements and all required regulatory reporting documents, coordinating annual budget and cash forecasts, and other tasks and projects as directed by management. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of two years experience with Casino Resort or Hospitality, experience with SOX 404, and strong technical use of US GAAP Accounting compliance. CPA required.

Risk and Safety Manager

The Risk and Safety Manager is responsible for the overall safety throughout the facility and ensuring that appropriate safety programs and trainings are conducted while adhering to all applicable federal and state laws. Ideal candidates will possess a BS in Safety or related field, three or more years of Health and Safety Management experience, extensive knowledge of OSHA industry safety standards, the ability to problem solve, excellent oral and written communication skills and prior investigative experience. OSHA 30 required, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred.

Part Time Players Club Supervisor

The Players Club Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Players Club Booth which includes staffing and scheduling, communicating accurate and up to date information to staff, Box Office operations, assisting with any bus tour programs, monitoring the ACSC and Total Promo programs, assisting with Promotions and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidates possess strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, previous supervisory experience and proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Part Time Players Club Representative

The Players Club Representative assists in executing all efforts of the Marketing department including Bus Tours, Direct Mail, Promotions and Events and assists guests to enroll in the Players Club program. Ideal candidates possess superior customer service skills, exceptional problem solving skills, with one to three years of experience preferred, proficiency in Microsoft Office, database systems, with the ability to learn various computer systems and programs. Prior call center experience preferred. Night, weekend and holiday availability a must.
