Fred & Steve's Blackstone Cigar Bar has selected to work some of the top American Spirit Distillers (Tito Handmade Vodka, Death's Door Whiskey, Berkshire's Greylock Gin, & Rhode Island own Thomas Tew Rum to create modern day hand-crafted, and Global Spirits Distrillers such as Bacardi Rum, Beefeater Gin, Grey Goose Vodka & Four Roses Bourbon to make pre-prohibition hand crafted cocktails. Some of these cocktails use the new molecular mixolgy techniques of hand crafted foams & carbonation. Twin River Casino has partner with two NFL greats and cigar aficionados Fred Smerles & Steve DeOssie who hand selected the cigars. Fred & Steve Personal Cigar creation is a medium bodied cigar of beautiful construction. A creamy, nutty, lightly spicy flavor with hints of cocoa make this cigar smooth form start to finish.

Rhode Island’s 1st Keg Barrel Craft Cocktail has arrived!

Rhode Island has a long history when it comes to rum, so why not have Rhode Island's 1st craft cocktail made and served from a keg barrel to continue the Rhode Island/Rum heritage. The cocktail made of Rhode Island's own Thomas Tew Rum is a twist created by Frank Martucci, General Manager of Beverage Operations at Twin River Casino. To come up with the cocktail, Frank did some research of Rhode Island rum history, prohibition punches and the rum culture. The final recipe incorporates local rum, a liqueur to mark the Rhode Island/West Indies relationship which was important to our rum trade, a twist on the original Mai Tai and some fresh fruits and ingredients. Blended together "The Wink", a refreshing cocktail that also incorporates Clement Creole Scrubb, Falernum Liqueur, Black Tea, Orgeat Syrup and Citrus, was created.
